Linda received her real estate license in 1997 and affiliated with John L. Scott, Inc., the largest independent residential real estate company in the Northwest and ranked the 7th most productive real estate brokerage in the United States. John L. Scott received the Mega Marketing Award for having one of the best real estate marketing programs in the nation as well as the Inman Innovator Award for "Most Innovative Real Estate Company in the Nation".  Since launching www.johnlscott.com in 1995, the company's website has received numerous national and international awards and receives over one million visits a month, producing over 150 million hits. It is John L. Scott's consistent pursuit of excellence that inspires Linda to affiliate with this particular real estate company. The Issaquah Branch of John L. Scott (where Linda has her office) received the company's "Best of the Best" award in recognition of its overwhelming success in all facets of the real estate business.

Linda holds the distinction of becoming the first agent in her office to be awarded with the nationally recognized ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) designation. As a Listing Agent, she analizes each property's unique features and markets them in an exceptionally professional manner.  She has been recognized as one of Issaquah's top listing agents.  Her listing services include state of the art technology, staging services, professional photography, and customized marketing plans. Linda was named a FIVE STAR Real Estate Agent "Best in Client Satisfaction" in the Seattle area's inaugural year.  An independent research company, along with a blue ribbon panel of local real estate experts bestow this honor upon fewer than 7% of all licensed real estate agents in the area.  Whether Buying or Selling, all clients receive her personal attention and the very best services in the real estate industry.  

Linda is a member of the Northwest Multiple Listing Service, Seattle King County Association of Realtors, Washington Association of Realtors, Real Estate Buyers Agent Council, Inc., and National Association of Realtors. A portion of all of Linda's sales is donated to the John L. Scott Foundation which is dedicated to ensuring children receive the medical care they need.  Voluntary contributions such as Linda's enable the Foundation to sponsor events that help raise millions of dollars for more than fifteen Children's Hospitals throughout the Pacific Northwest.

Born and raised in Hawaii, Linda grew up on a sugar plantation in Ewa on the island of Oahu. She graduated from Mid-Pacific Institute in Honolulu and attended Washington State University where she became a member of Alpha Omicron Pi. She completed her studies at the University of Puget Sound and has a Bachelor of Arts degree.

In a successful career with I.B.M., Linda gained valuable knowledge in corporate business, marketing, and contract administration. Linda also taught at Le Jardin Academy during her family's eight year stay in Hawaii and assists her husband in his construction business.

A Northwest resident for over 25 years, Linda lives in Issaquah with her husband and teenage son. Her daughter is a 5th grade teacher in the Issaquah School District.  Other residents at the Elbert home include Chuckie (an overweight Australian Cattle Dog), Maddie (a German Shepherd), and Murphy (a West Highland White Terrier). In addition to family activities, Linda enjoys gardening and is an avid sports fan. She served as an executive board member of the PTA and chaired several school auctions as well as a reading program. She continues to volunteer for activities in various Issaquah schools and is a member of the Issaquah Historical Society.
